Terms & Disclosures
Clear information about the independent Creoroute introduction service.
Last updated: 25 October 2026. Please read these terms before submitting an enquiry to Creoroute.
1. About Creoroute
Creoroute is the public-facing name of an independent, self-employed professional offering an introduction and information service for adult content creators, digital entrepreneurs and creator-management agencies. Creoroute is not represented as an incorporated company, bank, electronic money institution, regulated payment institution or financial adviser.
2. What our service does
We can review an initial enquiry, explain possible next steps and, if suitable and with your agreement, introduce you to an independent account or payment-service provider. We do not open or issue accounts, hold your money, move funds for you, provide regulated financial advice or perform a provider's know-your-customer checks.
We may decide not to pursue an enquiry, including where we cannot identify a suitable introduction. Use of the website does not create a contractual right to an introduction or approval.
3. Third-party providers and eligibility
Any account or payment service is provided, if at all, by a separate third party. We will identify the prospective provider before you begin its formal application. Its eligibility requirements, fees, supported countries and industries, onboarding checks, account decisions and service terms are determined solely by that provider and may change.
No approval, payout, timeline, banking relationship or continued availability is guaranteed. You must consider the third party's own terms, privacy policy and any risks before proceeding.
4. Who can enquire and your responsibilities
The service is intended only for adults aged 18 or above acting in a lawful personal or professional capacity. By using the enquiry form, you confirm that the information you supply is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you are entitled to share it. You must not use the website for unlawful activity, impersonation, harassment or unsolicited advertising.
Do not include passwords, payment credentials, identification documents, bank statements, explicit content or sensitive personal information in the initial enquiry. Where required, provide documents directly to the relevant provider through its approved onboarding channels.
5. Fees, commissions and independence
Submitting an enquiry through this website does not itself carry a Creoroute fee. If any service or charge payable directly to Creoroute is proposed in future, it must be separately disclosed and agreed before you incur it.
Creoroute may receive a referral commission or other compensation from an independent provider following a successful introduction. This commercial interest does not give Creoroute control over the provider's decision. Any provider fees and account charges must be disclosed by that provider under its own terms.
6. Information is not professional advice
Website articles, checklists and correspondence provide general guidance only; they are not legal, tax, investment or personalised regulated financial advice. We aim to present information reasonably and accurately, but details may become outdated or may not apply to your location or circumstances. Seek qualified advice where appropriate.
7. Privacy and communications
We use the information you submit only as described in our Privacy Notice. Submitting an enquiry permits us to reply about that enquiry; it does not enrol you in unrelated promotional emails. Sharing details with a provider for an introduction is subject to your decision to proceed.
8. Intellectual property and brand references
Website content, layout and Creoroute branding may not be copied or presented as your own without permission, except where allowed by law. Third-party names and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners. Creoroute is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by OnlyFans.
9. Liability and consumer rights
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Creoroute is not responsible for decisions, delays, outages, fees or actions of independent providers, or losses arising from reliance on general website information. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limits mandatory consumer or data-protection rights.
10. Applicable law and disputes
Subject to any mandatory consumer protection rules applicable to you, these terms are intended to be interpreted under the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. If a concern arises, please contact us so we can try to resolve it. Nothing here removes statutory rights to contact a regulator or bring a claim before a competent court.
11. Contact and updates
Creoroute is presented under its independent service name. Contact: Contact email pending activation. The operator's legally required identifying and contact particulars must be available in the manner required by applicable law before a live commercial launch.
These terms may be updated by publishing a revised version and date on this page. Changes do not retroactively remove rights already accrued under applicable law.
